LITTLE TORCH KEY - FLORIDA KEYS

Little Torch Key is a theme condominium resort project located in the Florida Keys. Little Torch Key is the first island located in the US Caribbean. The resort is also located in the area first believed to be the real location of the fountain of youth as described by one of Desoto’s men. The myth has been written down and disputed but haunting similarities to the original story were uncovered on site.

The site will have a large retail and restaurant commercial area of 9,946 SF. The restaurant will have cascading decks overlooking the professional volleyball court and live stage area. There is a salt water beach and natural pool connected to the bay via a micro screen outlet. Cabanas and beach chairs surround the beach and massage cabanas will be located in the water. The beach will have a swim up bar and direct view to the live band stage. Beautiful views will be framed through dense vegetation forming a picturesque Caribbean view. The rock formation with natural cool fresh water believed to be the original fountain of youth is left untouched. At night on some nights a flame appears above the water (the origin of the name Little Torch Key).

There will be 33 condominium units for sale. They will be 2 bedroom 2 bath 1,226 SF and 3 bedroom 3 bath 1,600 SF units.
