Orchid Bay Condominium Hotel Resort proposed to be located in Orlando, Florida is a high rise project developed by Phoenician Development, Orlando. Lynn Leisure Development designed the complex using The Lynn Group Creative as the designer. The resort will have a Key West design theme and have 200 units of condo, along with 60,000 SF of retail and restaurant. The complex is to be located in the tourist center of Orlando near International Drive. Out parcels will be provided for additional typical tourist hotels.
