RIPPLING WATERS ENTERTAINMENT ZONE - IOWA

Rippling Waters Entertainment Zone is a 375,000 SF riverside complex located in Ottumwa, Iowa. This community earned its name in the world being the birthplace of video games. Many come on a pilgrimage to downtown Main Street where it all began. Across the river is an entertainment zone including a 350 key indoor water park hotel and Riverwalk level retail and restaurants. Specialty micro breweries distribute beers made from the produce of local farms. The plaza side of the complex drops to the pedestrian level where the live stage is located, flanked by restaurants and brew houses. Across from the stage area is the outdoor water park and summer retail and snack food buildings. The end is anchored by the “Video Game Hall of Fame” and interactive museum.
